It's hard for about 2-3 minutes, but when you really get into the walk/run/hike/whatever it takes your mind off of things. My avenue is exercise.and that tends to work for everyone. Give them some avenues for stress relief. Show them the various studies about the connection between sleep and mental/physical health. Any more than two at the same time means they are committing to those classes.and they have to commit a lot of their own time if they want to do well.
